SSI Advanced Adventurer
Directly after the Open Water Course the Advanced Adventurer is the entry to continuing education, especially for those divers who cannot decide for their specialty courses immediately. During the Advanced Adventurer program you will have the chance to try out 5 different specialties.

Night/Deep/Navigation/Search & Recovery/Perfect Buoyancy

You will do one open water training dive per specialty in order to get a better picture of what each specialty area is about.Later on you can choose to complete all or just a few of your selected specialties to a Specialty Course by doing the second dive and finish all academic requirements. Without any time pressure you will get closer to your personal goal, e.g. Advanced Open Water Diver or even Master Diver, without having to do any course parts twice. Upon completion of your Advanced Adventurer Course, you are one step closer in becoming and SSI Advanced Open Water Diver.

Duration of your Advanced Adventurer course: one weekend.

Course fees included student Kit and certification fees.

SSI's Advanced Diver rating stands alone in the industry with the highest combination of diving knowledge and experience. No other agency's advanced diver level compares. To earn the certification for Advanced Open Water Diver, you must complete 4 specialty courses and have done a total of 24 dives.

To be a diver that is completely prepared for any diving situation that may occur, you will need the experience and training gained from SSI Specialty Courses. Taking our courses is your chance to begin a journey that explores beyond the surface of diving. The great thing is that with each specialty course you take, you are simultaneously earning credit towards higher levels of diver ratings, Diver, Master Diver, Dive Control Specialist, and Open Water Instructor. It is up to you to decide how far you want to go. Our goal is to prepare you for the adventure that lies ahead, as well as make sure you have a good time doing it!
